DEPOSITS

A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking. Balance is due 1 month prior to the commencement of your trip. This allows us sufficient time to get vouchers and tickets to you.

Payment in full is required 1 month prior to the commencement of your trip. If you book within 1 month of your trip, payment in full is required on confirmation of your booking.

We accept payment by cheque or credit card (Visa and MasterCard) by email, phone or fax.

Payment by credit card is subject to merchant bank fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices may change subject to an increase in GST

Cancellations outside 1 month to departure

50% refund of deposit.

Cancellations within 10 days of departure

Will receive no refund.

If any unforeseen problems arise we are prepared to discuss re-scheduling of your trip.
