DEPOSITS
A 10% non-refundable deposit is payable
on confirmation of your booking. Balance is due 1 month prior to
the commencement of your trip. This allows us sufficient time to
get vouchers and tickets to you.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required 1 month prior
to the commencement of your trip. If you book within 1 month of your
trip, payment in full is required on confirmation
of your booking.
We accept payment by cheque or credit
card (Visa and MasterCard) by email, phone or fax.
Payment by credit card is subject to credit card commission.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations outside 1 month to departure
No refund of deposit.
Cancellations after full payment
If we are able to
fill your accommodation space a refund will be given less a 20% administration fee.If
we are unable to fill your accommodation space there will be no refund given.
Cancellations
within 10 days of departure:
Will receive no refund.
If any unforeseen problems arise we are prepared to discuss re-scheduling
of your trip.
