On behalf of my wife Jenny I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent way in which you handled our RailTrail holiday.

We had a wonderful time on the 5 day ride, the accommodation, bikes etc were first class.

The three punctures on my rear tyre were a nuisance, however one of your folks met us at Wedderburn with a brand new tyre and new tubes - after that we had no more issues with punctures.

The bikes from Cycle Surgery were very very comfortable, excellent riding position, having a straight back meant no aches. Our bums were a tiny bit "delicate", however this was a minor inconvenience.

NZ DOC $840,000 investment in this RailTrail was smart. The ability to ride this track brings so much welcome income and real jobs to the small communities that straddle the line.

Thanks again, we met a few folks that would ride the trail again in winter to avoid the wind (apparently they say there is very little wind in the winter months).

The Costello group would like to express our many thanks for the great trip and experience we had. Accommodation was excellent, the bikes very good and luggage transfers and shuttle well on time.

Thank-you very much for organising the Tandem bike for the last day as one of the group was struggling a bit. She did not want to give up and the Tandem made the last day very enjoyable for her. Please advise if any extra costs were incurred.
